Shipping 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at aridamx.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

All our prices and rates are in Pesos Mexicanos (MXP), and  IVA  is included in our prices. aridamx.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

Damages 

aridamx.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside México. To Shipping to U.S. and Europe, pleas contact to

contacto@aridamx.com or call to: 52(477) 865 1517  9am to 5pm, México time. We can attend your call in English or Spanish. 

Return & Exchange Policy

 -  PURCHASES FROM ARIDAMX.COM

Thank you for purchasing your new boots from aridamx.com. Be sure to read this notice regarding our return policy before wearing your new boots.

Always try on your new boots indoors and test wear them only on carpeted or clean, smooth surfaced floors. We cannot accept back boots that have visible scuffs or that have been worn outside.

You should know within a few minutes whether or not the boots fit you comfortably. If not, you might want to try them on with a different pair of socks or at a different time of day.

 

 -  RETURN SHIPPING

We offer free returns on any product that doesn’t fit or factory defect! Offer valid in the contiguous Mexico only.

Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed.

 

 -  HOW DO I GET A RETURN LABEL?

Once you get in touch, we will confirm your adres to collect the package. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way.

Please include:

    • Your name, address, daytime phone, and email address.

    • Please pack your return carefully, in the original carton if possible.
